We are Sydney's specialist Adobe Training Centre
How do the courses run?
Typically - we send an amazing trainer to your office to conduct training. We’ll work with you to arrange a date & course content that suits you.
Are both PC and Mac usable on the courses?
Yes! You may use whichever machine you are most comfortable and familiar with. We tailor our courses to both PC and Mac.
Which version of the software do I need? CS5, CS5.5, CS6 & CC?
Many of our delegates raise this concern. We use Adobe CC (Creative Cloud) version to teach our classes. However, many if not nearly all of the features covered in the course will work the same in older versions. So all you need to do if you have an older version of Adobe is to contact us to ensure it will work with our courses.
A 7-day FREE trial of the software is available to download from Adobe.com. Many delegates ask whether it is necessary to uninstall earlier versions of the software. This is not necessary. CS4, CS5 & CS6 will run perfectly together on both PC and Mac.
Please Note: It is always important to check under 'What's in this course' for clarification on which version of the software is required. Some versions are too old to run in some courses so please always check. If in doubt, just drop us a line and we will clarify what you need.
Can I get a discount for a 'not for profit' organisation or for a registered Charitable Trust ?
Yes, you can. Please contact us directly on email@example.com, leave your name, contact number and the name of your organisation in the email and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.
What if I don’t own the software?
Don’t worry! Just go to Adobe.com where it is possible to download a free 7-day trial of the software. Don’t worry if you have older versions of the product such as CS6, CS5, CS4, CS3 & CS2. All of these versions run well together on the same computer. It is not necessary to un-install anything.
We strongly believe in maintaining small class sizes. Our courses are often 1 on 1 but our maximum class size is 9. We believe that this provides the necessary environment to learn the software effectively with a lower delegate to trainer ratio.
Is there a lower age limit?
Yes – All of our courses are aimed at adult students. We do not run any classes that are suitable for children. We will accept students as young as 17. However, our classes are generally attended by those who are older than this.
Will there be handouts/notes provided for the course?
We provide step-by-step notes that clearly guide you through the course. These are very useful for use at a later point when it is not always possible to remember every detail of what you have learned.
Will there be any certification provided?
We provide certificates to all of our delegates at the end of the last day of their course.
Can I split my course in to shorter chunks?
Yes, this is no problem. It is not always possible to attend a course for 5 consecutive days. Some people prefer to break a 5-day course up in to shorter chunks in order to provide opportunity in between to practice and consolidate new skills before taking in new information.
For example, the Web BootCamp involves a 2-day JumpStart and 2 additional days involving more advanced skills. You can choose to break up the course in to 2 parts, completing the JumpStart initially and the 2 more advanced courses at a later date.
You just need to make contact with us when you are making a booking and let us know what you want to do.
I would like to speak with someone to discuss my own individual training needs. Who do I make contact with?
Please call or email us here to make an enquiry. We welcome all enquiries and will ensure to return your contact promptly.
What do I do if I need to change my booking or cancel?
Just email us. Please inform us of any changes ASAP. Our Terms and Conditions will apply, however, we aim to help our clients whenever possible.
“I promise you will leave us with the confidence to apply your new skills effectively in the real world.”
