Edge Reflow Introduction
EDGE REFLOW COURSE OVERVIEW
Our Sydney based Adobe Edge Reflow CC training starts from the very beginning. We’ll show you how to harness the power of Edge Reflow so the software does the heavy lifting with CSS, HTML5 and responsive layouts, and lets you operate from a design viewpoint. You design, it helps with the code, then a very powerful and comprehensive set of preview tools lets you check and validate your design on a variety of platforms and resolutions. To put it simply, you can design, add responsive elements, check your designs and keep in the Photoshop environment. You don’t have to drag everything into a completely different program and code by hand.

Jumpstart your Edge Reflow CC training. Get to grips with a web design power tool that can radically simplify the hard work of coding and testing for responsive design.
Great news for Photoshop based artists and designers! Edge Reflow CC helps you create media and layouts that work in desktop or mobile environments, and uses powerful CSS features to make sure your content and media scale, display and position perfectly. Regardless of what browser is being used.
How is the end user going to view your latest design for web and mobile applications if it might be viewed on either platform? You need a tool that will make your media and layout work on a multiple number of screens and devices. The answer is responsive design, and Adobe Edge Reflow CC is specifically designed software that does just that. Having the best training from Bring Your Own Laptop means you can make the most of Edge Reflow, and get the edge in responsive design.
Even better, the software is designed for a Photoshop style of working environment and workflow. Bring Your Own Laptop, mad Photoshop fans that we are, will show you how to get to grips with Edge Reflow CC from a Photoshop user’s perspective. Fear not Dreamweaver users, we understand that too. In fact, Edge Reflow doesn’t replace Photoshop/Fireworks or Dreamweaver/Edge Code, but it gives you an easy to use tool that simplifies many of the common tasks, and a powerful means to prove your work is cross platform compatible. Adobe’s Edge set of Tools are focussed but incredibly good at what they do.
When you learn Edge Reflow from Bring Your Own Laptop in Sydney – you’re going to learn real world skills in a hands on fashion. The instructor is going to take you through actually designing, coding (well, reflow will do most of the coding) previewing and tweaking of working web content. Theory is great – coming home with working skills is what you really need. We deliver.
Books are great for minute detail, but you need to see it working. Video can’t answer questions, and sometimes gloss over details that you might not yet comprehend. Real live training with passionate instructors is a whole step further in getting you up and running, while accommodating your own pace and questions.
Obviously, there is a lot to learn, even as Adobe evolves the product and promises new tools and more power. We know that learning new software is not everyone’s favourite thing – so we make it a promise to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible to get a strong foundation and solid understanding of what is an increasingly important and powerful piece of the designer (or developer) toolkit.
We assume you have a basic understanding of computers and Adobe Photoshop. From that point we start from the very beginning so you have no fear of being left behind. You’ll be sharing the class with a small group of keen people like yourself. It’s a great environment for asking questions, getting instant feedback, and getting the help you need when you need it. Not hoping a random stranger on a website forum will know what your problem is and be willing to help. You work in Sydney – learn in Sydney, with other real people!
And while the course covers all the basics, and gives you real world, hands on experience, we know not everyone learns at the same pace. And when you get home, you’re still going to have questions. Bring Your Own Laptop backs you up in three spectacular ways. We give you our custom designed take home notes that perfectly compliment the course you attend. We give you the direct email of your instructor so you can ask for help for up to a year from your course date. And, if you need it, you can take the course again within 12 months for free!
Our course is hosted in our great Sydney facility, and runs for 1 day. You’ll have a passionate (and uber skilled) instructor and be surrounded by people just like you who are ready to make it work. It’s a great environment that gives you not only the skills, but the confidence to ask questions and make the most of your training experience. Forget monotonous videos from anonymous voices, and forget staining to see a projector at the other end of a vast hall. This is training up close and personal. And we promise you won’t be bored.
If you want an easier way to create responsive designs, without having to code by hand all the time, and check that it’s going to work everywhere, then you need Edge Reflow CC. It’s time you got the best training so you can make the most of it. Bring Your Own Laptop is ready to make that happen for you.
Call today and find out how you can get the best training in Sydney for Adobe Edge Reflow. You’re going to love knowing what you’re doing!
“I promise you will leave us with the confidence to apply your new skills effectively in the real world.”
